1. When will I receive my order?

We struggle to process and ship orders quickly. Because we hand pour essential oil products from our cold storage we do not guarantee same day shipping. All orders are processed in the order they are received. 

Your orders will arrive to you within a maximum of 6 business days from the day you confirm the cart and pay. This situation varies according to some special days and situations. You can find out the detailed information about your order in the My orders section or with the help of the tracking code that will be sent to you.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes you can buy our products from all over the world.

3. What methods of payment do you accept?

We have options to pay with Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, American Express, Visa/Mastercard, Troy, Iyzico.

4. What are my shipping options?

DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS are the companies with which our company has an agreement.

5. How are your shipping charges calculated?

At FabulOil we have developed a sophisticated software program that calculates the shipping costs on customer orders. Actual shipping charges are derived using a UPS and Fed Ex shipping matrix that factors in the actual weight or the dimensional weight (Length x Width x Height), depending on which is greater. We then apply our heavily discounted volume rate that we contract annually with DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS The savings are then passed directly to the customer, and we do not charge any additional handling fees. Charges can be seen online before orders are finalized, so there are no surprises.  

6. Do you offer free samples?

We usually don't offer sample products, but for special cases, you can contact whatsapp line  +90 549 603 24 48 .

7. How do I return a product?

We process your order as quickly as possible and are unable to guarantee that we can cancel your order.  Please contact our Customer Service Team to inquire if we can accommodate your request.  

In case of damages, users can return their product but they are required to go through certain procedure in order to return it. In order to return the product, order Number, Picture of damaged product as well as a detailed reason for returning should be provided by you over the email.
