1. What is the shelf life of your products?

This is very general, and truthfully, as long as you take care of your essential oils by storing them properly (consistent temperatured with little light), it's not likely you'll meed to concern yourself about them losing  potency. 

2. Are your essential oils and other natural products certified organic?

All of our oils are 100% pure and natural, of highest top grade and free from any chemicals or pesticides. Although all of our products are of premium quality and organically sourced, many of our products are not certified organic.

3. Are your oils therapeutic grade?

All of Fabuloil’s oils are 100% pure, free from any additives, adulterants or dilutions. They are of the absolute highest quality and are ideal for use in aromatherapy. Since there is no organization that oversees the quality of essential oils, ‘Therapeutic Grade’ is simply a marketing term. Any company can say their oils are therapeutic grade. Some companies use other therapeutic grade terms, or other grading or certifying terms, for internal quality standards. However, these terms are often trademarked by the company. When looking for the highest quality oils, don’t look for terms such as ‘Therapeutic Grade’ since any company can use this term. Since there is no actual third party grading or certifying of essential oils, it is best to look for a company that ensures the quality of their oils based on test results and experts. Some tests that are important when ensuring the quality of an essential oil are GC/MS (Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer) tests and organoleptic test. 

4. Are your oils organic, vegan, and cruelty-free?

Our oils contain no animal by-products and are cruelty-free—never tested on animals. While not all of our oils are currently certified organic or vegan, we are in the process of working to achieve this. We currently offer several organic essential oils and are always looking to add more.

5. How come your prices are so low?

We set our prices by considering our customers. Our goal has always been to ensure that the highest quality natural oils and cosmetic components are affordable for everyone.

6. Where do your oils and other natural products come from?

Because each oil is produced 100% naturally, it comes from many different places. You can see where they come from by looking at the origin part in the descriptions of our products.

7. Fabuloil’s essential oils be used ınternally?

We do not recommend the general internal use of essential oils. Essential oils are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering them. 

8. Why should some oils be avoided during pregnancy?

Pregnant and nursing women are advised not to use Essential Oils without the medical advice of a physician, as they can have effects on certain hormone secretions and it is unclear whether these effects are transferable to babies at these stages of development. Some Essentials Oils can also potentially encourage bleeding. Always consult your physician or a reputable Aromatherapist before using any Essential Oil.  

9. Are essential oil the same as fragrance oils?

No, they aren’t. Essential oils are distilled or cold-pressed from plants. Fragrance oils are synthetically created in a laboratory. 

10. Do you have wholesale or practitioner pricing?

As you are buying direct from us, all prices shown are in fact wholesale for all Fabuloil branded products. Whilst we do not offer any discounts for practitioners or businesses, significant savings can be made by simply purchasing larger sizes of most products. If you are interested in larger quantities than those listed, please do contact us for a competitive quote. 

11. What is the ‘’Place Bulk Order Unquiry’’ option visible on the Delivery Method Checkout page?

You will see a ‘’Place Bulk Order Inquiry’’ option on the delivery  method checkout page if you order qualifies for the bulk order quantity. If you select this option during checkout, you bulk order inquiry will be placed and you’ll soon be assisted by our Customer Care representative via mail who will carefully review your needs and create a personalised shipping quote for you based on your requirements. Once all the details are comfirmed, we shall provide you with the Actual Total Cost for your order.

12. Do you sell anywhere else?

We also sell our products on Amazon. As long as you are buying from our company (always check the seller name), it is authentic Fabuloil products and ships from our main warehouse. 

13. Do you have a physical store that we can visit?

We do not have a retail store. The address listed is our main shipping branch warehouse where we ship out small orders. If you want to come and get it, you can let us know
